I am thankful for my supportive boyfriend & finding this messageboard.

I am also. Very much so.

I struggled earlier to find positive things to be happy about, but that does happen a lot. Negative mind block. Not good. Anyway.

I am grateful for:
The above mentioned in the quote :)
CHRISTMAS IS COMING ^_^^^_^^^
Training the babies to do tricks (the foals at our yard) yesterday making me feel REAL and genuinely happy
Krispykreme doughnuts
My anxiety not being as bad as it was, now just focusing on battling the depersonalisation and depression
Being able to post on this message board on an IPhone. Wow.
The gym being so close, and the fact that my boyfriend is going to do it with me

Today I am grateful:

~ that the train did finally arrive, I got a seat, and I didn't have to spend another $30 on a cab;

~ that I have next Monday off to (hopefully) finish off my shopping, and that I rescheduled all of the doctors' appointments that I had for that day -- that's no way to spend a day off;

~ that Miss S had such a great weekend -- what a busy little social butterfly;

~ that Miss H has had some recent successes which will boost her self-esteem;

~ for Advil. :D

Today I'm grateful that i didn't throw up while the dentist was sticking all these things in my mouth to do some fillings. I was so anxious and i got through it fine! There was very minimal physical pain, and i only have to go back on Friday morning for a follow up appointment with the Dental Hygienist.

No worries!

Today I am grateful:

~ to read about Rahnos's positive experience at the dentist;

~ to hear the enthusiasm and optimism in Ric's "voice";

~ for The Grinch;

~ for the internet, for stumbling on Miss H's class page and finding that she has a science project due tomorrow ... and for being able to do a bit of research into just how we might tackle said project in the hour we'll have at home this evening.  (Naughty Miss H for leaving it to the night before -- and the night of her concert! Thank goodness for the internet!!!)
